Job Description:

As the Product Lead for Core Products, you’ll drive and manage our product vision and roadmaps, ensuring that R&D efforts support key company goals. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers and the market landscape to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. This role will involve meaningful internal and external collaboration. You will report to our CEO.

Responsibilities Include:

Customer and Market Research:

• Conduct customer, prospect, & partner research and collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop a deep understanding of their goals, gaps, challenges, and needs.
• In conjunction with marketing, stay abreast of market trends and competitive products and positioning.

Vision & Roadmap:

• Work closely with our executives, customers, engineers, and other relevant parties to execute the product vision and define roadmaps.
• Communicate vision, plans, and progress to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize product trade-offs considering scope, timelines, quality, and ROI.
• Formulate a deep understanding of problems & develop clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to develop, test, & launch optimal solutions.
• Define and track key metrics and map them back to company objectives.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience in software product management.
2. Startup work experience and experience building zero-to-one products.
